I was worried about the recent sale of my home in this ever changing market, but Kerri and Sarah had our home under contract in a few days, attending to every detail in the next few weeks. I didn't feel like it was your typical straight forward transaction but The Dream Team's experience, dedication and attention to detail made everything progress smoothly. With rising interest rates we were worried it was going to sit on the market but The Dream Team found us a buyer who put in a great offer right away. This was despite having comparable homes in the neighborhood, already sitting on the market.
